Hotel Parc Plaza

The staff were very helpful. We arrived around 3 in the morning and were planning to wait in the lobby area until sunrise/check in time. The night auditor that day, Tobias, went out of his way to make us comfortable and even double checked the policy for checking in early for us! Our trip wouldnt be as pleasant without his help. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, there is a big sofa in the room and a working desk. It was warm and although my room window overlooks the street, I didnt hear any noise from the street. The location of the hotel is central. There is a bus stop just outside the premise and Hamilius is just 7 mins away on foot.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful during our stay. Our room was clean and functional, with a nice view from the balcony. Despite the hot weather at the time of our stay we are able to open up the large window to get a cool breeze. The location is perfect ... a short walk from the (free) tram, equally short walk into the town centre and shops. We found a supermarket near the tram stop which was handy for lunches and snacks. There's a great little park across the street and nice views from the hotel along the river. There are some good local restaurants serving good foods at reasonable prices. On our second night we ate a good meal at the hotel restaurant - the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was very busy with a large tour group at the time. Overall, the hotel represented good value for the price, which appeared to be modest by Luxembourg standards, and we were very happy with our stay.

The bed was super comfortable. Place was very clean and the hotel staff arranged a proper room for my pregnant wife to stay comfortable. The location was also good, easy access to the city center.

It was my 5th or 6th time in this hotel. I choose it as it’s near the institutions I attend ( theater ) and even when I come late at night, it’s safe. It’s clean, practical. I know the place and one gets that feeling of familiarity that feels good when one is away from home !

Good location near centre and view of bridge. In a complex with another hotel. Beds comfy, quiet rooms, colourful decor.Free tea and coffee in room and reception area. Good size shower and separate toilet .
