All the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful during our stay. Our room was clean and functional, with a nice view from the balcony. Despite the hot weather at the time of our stay we are able to open up the large window to get a cool breeze. The location is perfect ... a short walk from the (free) tram, equally short walk into the town centre and shops. We found a supermarket near the tram stop which was handy for lunches and snacks. There's a great little park across the street and nice views from the hotel along the river. There are some good local restaurants serving good foods at reasonable prices. On our second night we ate a good meal at the hotel restaurant - the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was very busy with a large tour group at the time. Overall, the hotel represented good value for the price, which appeared to be modest by Luxembourg standards, and we were very happy with our stay.

A really great city and a tremendous hotel to spend many days visiting . Biggest regret is that we only stayed for two (2) days . Reception staff was exceptional. Friendly , courteous and kind as well as multilingual . Our room , 371 was accessible from the underground garage with secure bike parking by elevator. Immediately along the bike trail through Luxembourg. The room was very clean and bright . Size of room was good . Very clean bathroom . Truly close to all venues and activities in this amazingly clean city . On site restaurant was very good with reasonable price point for dinner . Breakfast was very good with multiple hot and cold food choices . Restaurant staff was also very friendly and helpful . All in all the city of Luxembourg and this hotel is a great experience !

The staff were very helpful. We arrived around 3 in the morning and were planning to wait in the lobby area until sunrise/check in time. The night auditor that day, Tobias, went out of his way to make us comfortable and even double checked the policy for checking in early for us! Our trip wouldnt be as pleasant without his help. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, there is a big sofa in the room and a working desk. It was warm and although my room window overlooks the street, I didnt hear any noise from the street. The location of the hotel is central. There is a bus stop just outside the premise and Hamilius is just 7 mins away on foot.

The hotel is located 10 min walking time from the city Centre. The view form the restaurant is beautiful, from the terrace you can see the valley. It is a very peaceful location, surrounded by nature. You can have a walk in the parc just opposite side or on the valley. Breakfast - the buffet is covering everyone's taste. However, if you're into cooked breakfast, you may find the selection a bit limited. But, if you are into continental breakfast, the pastries & the bread are amazing.. I loved it. Also - the coffee during the breakfast it's very good.

I had a kettle, some tea and coffee, and pretty much everything I needed in my room. The location was not super central but pretty close to the central areas.
